We are committed to investigating all appeals thoroughly and fairly and aim to respond within 28 days of your letter to advise you of the outcome.

Independent Appeals Parking Service (IPAS)

Should you be dissatified with the decision made on your first Appeal you may challenge that decision through an Independent Appeals Parking Service (IPAS). The IPAS will only adjudicate on your appeal after the first level appeal has been submitted to and rejected by APCOA Parking. Contact details for this service and associated forms will be provided to you by APCOA Parking should your appeal be rejected.
