How do I pay for declamp?

How long will I be waiting for the vehicle to be declamped?
We aim to declamp all vehicles within 1 hour, weather and traffic depending but in some cases it may take longer.
Will I get a receipt?
Our enforcement operatives will issue a full receipt once the full fee is paid and the vehicle declamped.
How do I appeal the declamp fee?
All information in relation to appealing can be found on your receipt. Appeals can be submitted to clamping.appeals@apcoa.ie. Please ensure to supply full information and evidence to support your appeal.
You must supply your vehicle registration number as well as your full name and address in order for the appeals department to process your appeal.
How long does it take for my appeal to be dealt with?
We aim to deal with all appeals within 21 days.
I am not paying for my vehicle to be declamped, what happens next?
Vehicles will remain clamped until the full declamp fee is paid. Please see the docket placed on your vehicle or signage on site for further information.
If I remove the clamp myself what happens?
Removal of the clamp causing damage is an offence under the Criminal Damage Act, 1991. Any such incidents are reported to An Garda Síochána.

How can I appeal the fine?
To appeal a parking fine, please email your appeal along with full information and evidence to support your appeal. You must supply your vehicle registration number as well as your full name and address in order for the appeals department to process your appeal. If you were not driving the vehicle on the date of the offence please supply the full name and postal address of the person whom was driving your vehicle.

Please note in relation to fines issued for Tax offences, the onus is on the owner of the vehicle to ensure that the vehicle is fully taxed. Nominations will not be accepted for Tax offences.

If you were not the owner at the time of the alleged offence please supply the full name and address of the person whom you sold the vehicle to.
